Wow88my Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to wow88my. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the management of wow88my ("Platform" or "We").

This section sets out the general rules applicable to all sports betting activity on wow88my, including betting on football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton (BWF, Thomas Cup, All England), cricket, e-sports, and all other sports.

Bet Confirmation

• A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system and the player's account has sufficient balance.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply — not the live odds during an ongoing match (except for in-play betting).
• In the event of a technical disruption or system error during bet placement, wow88my reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the amount to the player's account.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Matches postponed by more than 36 hours from the original scheduled time will be considered void and all bets will be refunded.
• Bets placed on a fully cancelled match will be refunded to the player's account.
• Where an official result is ratified by the relevant sports governing body (e.g. FIFA, BWF, ICC), that result shall apply regardless of the match situation at the time.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting is subject to market availability during the match. wow88my reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice if there is uncertainty in the match. Any bets accepted by the system prior to market suspension remain valid.

All casino games on wow88my — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), poker, and other table games — operate on an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure genuine fairness and randomness.

• The results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Wow88my is not liable for any losses arising from a player's own gaming strategy.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• In poker games, collusion between players at the same table is a serious offence and will result in account closure without any refund.

Wow88my reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Bonus or promotion abuse with the intent to manipulate the system.
• Use of bots, automated software, or unfair techniques in gameplay.
• Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.

• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed due to a violation, wow88my reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including any pending winnings. For closures requested by the player, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
